RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. Kindly note that we are only able to provide refunds or exchanges on unworn and undamaged products 7 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges are not eligible for items on sale.
If you are not satisfied with your order, KMO Paris will arrange and cover the delivery costs of your return. Please contact us [email protected] within 7 days of receipt for more information.
Credits or exchanges are only offered in certain circumstances, but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. Exchanges will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
Once your return has been processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
